I’m Elaine, and I created Sage VA so that I could help other small business owners and entrepreneurs find success. As an experienced PA, I’ve worked across a number of industries and sectors over the years, most recently in Health Care and I have a real passion for it. Being a reliable and meticulous second pair of hands and lightening the load of those that I work with, is what makes me happy.

I understand the every day demands of running a business and the many challenges that small business owners face. Administration, customer service and organisation is where I thrive – so knowing I can take those tasks away from my clients and free them up to do the work they really enjoy, means so much to me.

By getting to know my clients, their businesses and their customers as if they were my own, I can easily get involved in the day to day tasks that need to be done. Rest assured that every task I take on, from organising inboxes to creating and maintaining documents, will be completed to the highest possible standards, following your own processes and software preferences.

Away from work I enjoy anything creative and you’re likely to find me engrossed in a new book, messing around with interior design or heading out with my camera for a spot of photography. My love of discovery and learning new things also extends to travel, as I particularly like exploring different cultures.

I would love to bring the passion that I have for my work to you and your business, essentially freeing up your time and giving you space so you can focus on what you do best, all while enjoying what I do best too.
